Figure Skating Club At UNC-CH

UNC Figure Skating aims to foster a diverse and inclusive skating community both in the rink and on campus. Members of all skating levels are welcome to join our events, including but not limited to weeknight public skating, competing on our intercollegiate team, and training sessions with peer coaching. More than developing skating skills, UNCFSC seeks to offer a place where student-skaters can reach their skating, personal, and academic goals.

About Us

The UNC Figure Skating Club is a student led organization at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill that brings together skaters of all backgrounds who share a passion for skating and community. We welcome beginners stepping onto the ice for the first time, as well as competitive and test-level skaters who have trained for years.Our mission is to provide a supportive, inclusive, and affordable environment where students can grow as athletes while balancing the demands of academics. Members have access to practices, coaching opportunities, testing and competition support that allows skaters to train seriously while enjoying the social side of skating.
